I've conditioned my kickers but the tongue on the large kickers is too long for the gap in my Medium Legguards. Anyone else experience this problem? did you cut down the tongue to make it fit better?

Inselaffen,
The guys @ Verbunt in The Netherlands 'adjusted' the tongue by cutting away approx 1,5 cm (half of the first OBO logo) from the tongue.
After this done you need to work the sharp edges with some kind of abrasive machine. This way you will get smooth edges that don't cut you shin.
For me this worked fine.

Thanks for the info on conditioning and caring for kickers - invaluable!!
One question I have though:
When you are heating the kickers, do you ONLY heat the base on the tongue as shown in the picture in the presentation or should you heat any other parts of the kicker as well?
Sorry if this question seems a bit dense - I just want to get this right!
Thanks again for the info!

Just heat the base of the tongue, that will do just fine.
